This is it, after non stop RAPE and PERVERTing cases, we had it. The blames are still on those girl's dress code which is obviously unpractical. But of course, this rule is only applicable in Kelantan but who knows soon it will spread or not?
Fine of RM500 for those who violate the law, however for rich people who can afford this beautiful clothes will treat RM500 as a rental fee only. Just like parking around and the compounds are just like tolls or parking tickets.
As i browse through, wow the rules are holy strict. Not even a dot can be revealed. Maybe the girl on the right will be the last thing to be seen in Kelantan. She does look familiar in some kinda way. Actress? Model?Looking at it in a single perspective just can't stop me from thinking overly.
As for that, it is not sure if this approach will bring positive or negative impact. But look at the bright side...
